Korea Stop-over

Everything is Korea is just... better.

Let's start with the flight. Asiana is the best airline that I can remember using. There was (comparatively) heaps of leg room. Perhaps twice as much as Qantas. William could squeeze past me without me having to get up. The flight attendants were all lovely and polite and they cleaned the toilets EVERY HOUR. They also kept coming past to offer people juice and water. You didn't need to ask for it at all. Whenever you started to feel dry, they were there!

The food didn't make me throw up or feel even remotely ill. There was so much.

Meal #1: Your choice of beef or octopus.

Snack #1: A sandwich.

Meal #2: Your choice of bi-bim-bap or beef something.

Snack #2: Mars bars.

Snack #3: Peanuts and pretzels.

The bi-bim-bap came with a cute "how-to".

(picture here, when I'm not lazy)

Now we're in a 3-star hotel near the airport that came included in the price of the air ticket. This is the most awesome 3-star hotel in the world.

It has a UV cup sterilizer! OMG.

The shower has like, 10 jets. Took a while to figure out how to use this.

And there's a toilet that um, massages you.

And apparently, cleans your face....? :(

This is only Incheon. I totally expect Seoul to trump this.

Late to the party again

What kind of yarn are you?

You are Mohair. You are a warm and fuzzy type who works well with others, doing your share without being too weighty. You can be stubborn and absolutely refuse to change your position once it is set, but that's okay since you are good at covering up your mistakes.
Take this quiz!

My phone takes okay photos.

Went to uni yesterday to give in some assignments. I got off at the upper campus bus stop, and there was danger tape (and gauze) all around the library lawn.

What happened?

I think this must have happened because of the wild weather we've been having. If the tree had been intentionally felled, I'm pretty sure they would've cut it near to the base, and then dug up the stump with a stumping machine. Correct me if I'm wrong; I'd really like to know.

It was quite big.

stitch marker action

I am quite the suck at making jewellery.
However, I think these stitch markers came out pretty well.

The only place I had to hang them was between the knobs of my closet doors, if you're wondering.

These are going to my sock box pal. I might make more later for myself. Anything to avoid studying.
