Recipe for disaster [?]

Ingredients:
1 Qfy
1 Spa
1 pair of hair cutting scissors (fabric scissors can be substituted)
Rubber bands (these come in packs of many)
1 towel
1 chair
1 measuring tape
1 comb
1 mirror (optional)

Preparation time:10 mins
Execution time:approx 10 mins (or less! surprisingly fast!)

Well, mon petit chou, you (unless you are me or Spa) missed out on some serious fun today. I don’t know if you were busy, couldn’t be bothered coming, or I just didn’t invite you. Anyway. Now YOU can reproduce this amazing bonding experience in the comfort of your own home.

Step 1:
Look happy. Mock people who pose with V-hands.

Step 2:
Tie hair in sections according to length.

Step 3:
Snip snip!

Step 4:
Freak out. Lament. Wail loudly.

Step 5:
Remark how hair looks and feels like a small dead animal.

Repeat until end.

(still friends!)

is it weird washing your hair and not having as much hair to shampoo and condition? (that was always the weird part after a haircut for me )

  • That's just awesome. The cut looks so good. It is hard to imagine that you got that look from some rubber bands in your hair.

  • Good job Sophia :thumbs up:

Hmm...maybe I should get a hair cut too, but I like long hair in winter for that extra warmth (not really since I always tie it back).

I don't think I would be game enough to ask Sophia for a cut though.

  • oh, in case anyone was wondering, we had to tie the hair up in elastics so it wouldn't blow away.

have you sent the hair off yet lra?
